How to Loose Weight in two Weeks.

A lot of people in the world –especially women– want to lose their weight fast. They do not want to look overweight for an event such as a wedding, a reunion or a birthday party. So how much weight do you want to lose in a week, two weeks, or a month? Let say you want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks, in principle you can do it in 2 ways. Firstly, you can have a diet which is based on juices for detoxification or a juice based detox diet. This diet serves to cleanse our body of toxins and undigested food while providing us with carbohydrate and sugar. This kind of diet is not suggested for a long duration, and is extremely effective. The second is of course by working out or doing exercises. To Loose 20 pounds you need to do a lot of cardiovascular activities over two weeks. You can do, for example, 1 hour aerobic workout for 5 days on each of the 2 weeks. You can also try other activities such as jogging, walking, cycling, swimming or whatever you like. If you do sport like basketball, tennis, soccer or take some aerobic classes, that will be fine too. However, remember not to do massive workouts and go on a juice diet simultaneously. If you choose to burn off 20 pounds by exercising, you will need your strength. Reduce the carbs, but consume a lot of vegetables, fruit and protein. Losing your weight for 20 pounds in two weeks may sounds impossible, but it is scientifically possible. However, you’d better consulting a medical professional before starting your diet. Taking this matter scientifically, one pound is equal to 3500 calories of effort. To keep maintain your weight the same as now you need a certain amount of calories, depends on your height, age and level of activity. To lose one pound, you must burn about more than 3500. It means that to lose 20 pounds in two weeks, you must burn an extra 70,000 calories in two weeks or an extra 5000 calories a day. The calculation will be 5000 for the weight loss, and 2000 to cover what you are consuming, and the total calories to burn are 7000 calories. For instance, your an hour swimming the sidestroke burns 600-700 calories, the freestyle lap swimming burns 900calories, hiking or dancing burns 500 calories, stair walking burns around 700 calories, and housework burns 360 calories. Meanwhile, sitting on the couch watching TV, reading or sleeping burns about 100 calories per hour. But beside those activities do not miss sleeping to balance your metabolism.
