Good News for Coffee Lovers

Are you a coffee lover? You cannot get up without a cup of coffee? Or you need two or three cups of coffee to study or finish your project? Maybe you say yes, but actually you are worried about the bad effects people told. Now, you can be at ease because I have some good news for coffee lovers, regarding the correlation between coffee and health issues. Some researches have proved that coffee does have good effects for our body.
Firstly, the correlation between caffeine and our physical endurance. Research indicates that caffeine increases muscle endurance intensively. Drinking around three cups of coffee daily has been shown to improve anaerobic metabolism and athletic abilities. The second is the correlation between caffeine and weight loss. Actually drinking coffee can help a weight loss program. And the third caffeine has health benefits. A research shows that caffeine lowers the risk of heart disease. Beside that, caffeine also lowers the risk of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases. At last is between caffeine and babies. Dr. Barbara Schmidt, a key researcher at McMaster University Medical Center, Ontario, Canada, argued that caffeine may stimulate the respiratory system of newborn babies.
